ON24, a Webcasting and rich media marketing solutions company, and King Fish Media, a Salem-based media marketing solutions company, are announcing a strategic partnership. King Fish will become an authorized, value-added reseller for ON24, and ON24 will contract with King Fish to provide project management and professional services for its clients.

This agreement will enable King Fish Media to provide its private media clients with a media rich, scalable and reliable technology platform for producing and implementing interactive Web casts. In addition, King Fish will provide ON24 with a variety of professional services and project management services to support clients of ON24.

King Fish will resell the ON24 Webcast Center, a reliable and scalable Web-based platform to quickly schedule, rehearse, produce and deliver interactive audio or video webcasts to audiences of hundreds or thousands. ON24 Webcast Center incorporates ON24's real-time reporting capability to analyze and measure the impact of webcasts. ON24 will contract with King Fish Media for project management, marketing consultation, and multi-platform extensions of webcasts such as podcasts and white papers.

Beveridge and Diamond, P.C., an environmental and land-use law firm, recently announced that Deborah A. Eliason has joined the firm's transaction/project development practice as counsel in its Massachusetts office located in the Wellesley Office Park. Eliason's practice primarily will focus on real estate transactions, including major acquisitions and dispositions of real property.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Eliason was a principal with Kopelman and Paige, P.C. and held several positions in state and local government. During this time, she advised clients regarding the acquisition, disposition and management of their real property and was responsible for numerous, complex transactions.



Eliason is a magna cum laude graduate of Salve Regina College and received her law degree cum laude from Suffolk University School of Law. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, U.S. District Court Bar (Mass.), Massachusetts Bar Association, and Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.

Joseph M. Gibbons, president and CEO of Salem Five Bank, announced that Kelly Oleson has been appointed to the position of senior loan officer for Salem Five Mortgage Company, LLC, a division of Salem Five. Oleson will provide residential mortgage lending programs and services to people looking to purchase property and homes in Southern New Hampshire areas of Nashua, Manchester and Concord.

Prior to joining the Salem Five, Oleson gained lending experience in the construction loan department at Butler Bank. She developed her financial expertise at Putnam Investments as operations supervisor. Oleson earned her associate's degree from Hesser College. She and her family reside in Nashua, N.H.

Scott Browne, operator of a Kirby Distributorship in Salem, was recently recognized for reaching business goals by Kirby World Headquarters. The recognition is part of the Challenge of Champions "Walk of Fame" Campaign, a yearlong promotion in which distributors can win prizes and trips for their performance. The Kirby Company of Cleveland, Ohio, manufactures American-made home care systems.

Danversbank CEO & President Kevin Bottomley recently announced that Mary Coffey Moran and John Pereira were voted onto the Danvers Bancorp, Inc. & Subsidiary board of trustees at the annual meeting held on April 11.

Moran received a degree in economics from The College of the Holy Cross, and an M.B.A./M.S. in accounting from Northeastern University. She is currently an executive committee member and chairman of the audit committee for the Holy Cross board of directors. She is president of MCM Financial Consulting, a firm specializing in temporary CFO services, financial consulting and business planning located in Cambridge.



Pereira graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in civil engineering, and a law degree from Boston College Law School. He is president of Combined Properties, a real estate investment and development firm specializing in high-quality commercial, medical and residential properties, and is based in Malden. He is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. In 2004, he joined the board of directors at BankMalden and was still serving when the recent merger with Danversbank took place.

John "Jack" E. Fisher has recently been appointed as director of information technology at CAB Health & Recovery Services, Inc. Previously, Fisher was information security practice director at GraVoc Associates, Inc. Peabody. He has also been vice president, technology manager at David L. Babson and Co., Inc., Cambridge. He holds a master's in management science from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.

The Enterprise Center at Salem State College recently announced that the judges for the 2007 North Shore Business Plan Competition have selected eight plans as semifinalists in the competition. The plans vary from high-tech to low, from manufacturing technology to computer game design, to shoe technology and leather handbag design.

The semifinalists include: Compass Rose Games of Marblehead; Focused Groups of Marblehead; Love, Jolan B. of Beverly; Mixerz of Danvers; Most RE, LLC. of Marblehead; Sential Corporation of Salem; and Wicked Howl Enterprises, Inc. of Salem.

The plans were evaluated on the basis of marketing opportunity, distinctive competence, defensible business strategy, financial strength, investment opportunity and presentation..

Judges will meet on April 25 to interview the semifinalists and choose three finalists.. The three finalists will present their plans at a public event on May 16 in the Recital Hall at Salem State College's Central Campus, 71 Loring Ave. starting at 4:30 p.m. The public is invited; there is no charge.

The Beverly Airport's North Atlantic Air received national recognition when it was named AVweb's "FBO of The Week." An FBO-fixed based operator- provides fuel, maintenance services and support facilities for locally based and transient aircraft, flight crews and passengers. AVweb is a popular, nationwide Web site for pilots and aircraft owners appearing online twice a week. North Atlantic Air was nominated by Beverly-based pilot Steven Swartz for it's dedication and service during the mid-February ice storm.
