Katherine Bailey, a resident of North Andover, has been named a part-time exercise technician and front-desk specialist at the ProEx location in Middleton. ProEx is a physical therapist-owned private practice specializing in orthopedics, spine and sports medicine. Bailey has a bachelor’s degree in human services from Northeastern University. Prior to joining ProEx, she served as a practice assistant at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and also worked for the AIDS Action Committee as an AIDS Walk and 5K Run coordinator.

The following new members have been elected to the board of directors for HAWC, a domestic violence agency on the North Shore: president, Ray Carey of Marblehead; vice president, Linda Puopolo of Lynn; and directors Pamela Freeman of Lynn and Sonya Shaffaval of Danvers.

Tim Collins, a Topsfield resident and president of Ipswich-based EBSCO Information Services, has been selected to succeed F. Dixon Brooke Jr. as president and CEO of EBSCO Industries, effective July 1 of this year. EBSCO Information Services is the largest division of EBSCO Industries, and Collins will be the fourth president in EBSCO’s 70-year history.

Phillip P. Noto Jr. of Peabody has been promoted to the role of assistant vice president, commercial lending officer, at North Shore Bank based in Peabody. Noto joined the bank’s Retail Banking Division in 2001, after which he entered the management trainee program in 2006, and then became a credit analyst in 2008. He was promoted to commercial loan officer in 2011. Noto has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Salem State College and is a member of the Middleton Board of Trade.

Capt. Jenifer Collins-Brown of the Topsfield Fire Department has received accreditation through the Massachusetts Fire Service Commission after having demonstrated the required fire service experience, education and certifications for accreditation. The Massachusetts Fire Service Commission is a gubernatorial appointed board that has established a process for uniform credentialing for the level of fire chief.

Marianne Simeone, a resident of Boxford and a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Topsfield, has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors. To earn the designation, Simeone completed a course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty.

Jim Goguen of Jim’s Auto Installations & Detailing Center in Ipswich has been named Detailing Person of the Year, for the second year in a row, at the 13th annual International Mobile Tech Auto Recon Expo & Detailers Forum held in Orlando, Fla. Mobile Tech Expo is the largest international show for the appearance and repair-reconditioning professionals in the U.S. Goguen earned a Master Detailing certification and a special certification to detail airplanes, yachts, and museum-worthy transportation collectibles and exotics. He has been a team leader for the Air Force One detailing projects at Seattle’s Museum of Flight for the past three jaunts.

Deborah Parry has been named director of the Memory Care Program at Peabody Glen Health Care Center in Peabody, a HealthBridge Management facility. Prior to her new role, Parry was the Alzheimer’s program and activity director for Life Care Center of Merrimack Valley and generations program director for Prospect Assisted Living.

Rebecca Frisch, a Marblehead native, has been named vice president, northern coordinator, of TD Bank’s government relations in Boston. Frisch will manage state and local government relations for TD Bank throughout New England. Before joining TD Bank, Frisch served as senior adviser to former Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino, where she managed One Fund Boston, a $70 million fund to benefit the victims of the 2013 Boston Marathon attacks. Prior to that, Frisch served as an associate at Promontory Financial Group in Washington, D.C., and a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

The Ultimate Woman’s Apparel has expanded to a new, 10,000-square-foot store located at 130 Newbury St. in Peabody. The Ultimate is a prom, pageant, wedding and special-occasion clothing store.

Essex Cardiology Associates and Essex Pulmonary Associates have become practices of Lahey Health. As a result, the practices will change names to Lahey Cardiology, Beverly and Lahey Pulmonary, Beverly, respectively. The practices are changing in name only. The physicians, staff, office location hours, and telephone and fax numbers will all remain the same.
