Elsabel Rincon of Salem has joined North Shore Community Development Coalition as the director of community engagement. A graduate of Salem High School, Rincon is working toward completing a master’s degree in global social work and public policy. In 2012, Rincon was awarded a social justice fellowship through which she researched and designed a program to address the impact of immigration and acculturation and to empower immigrant communities. North Shore CDC is the leading organization for community development and affordable housing on the North Shore.
Ryan Leahy has been named a sales manager at Mortgage Network Inc., a full-service retail lender based in Danvers. Most recently, Leahy served as the sales manager for East West Mortgage. He is a licensed loan officer in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine.

Beverly resident Bruno Aguiar has been named financial reporting accountant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an accounting concentration from Salem State University and IFRS certificates in Property, Plant & Equipment and Revenue Recognition.
Dan Murdoch of Wenham has returned to the firm as a lead carpenter. He worked with Windover on one of its first projects in 2005. Murdoch is a graduate of Gordon College.
Maureen Gillis of Danvers has been promoted to the role of vice president and regional manager of East Boston Savings Bank in Danvers. Most recently, Gillis served as vice president and branch officer at the EBSB branch in Danvers. Prior to joining EBSB, Gillis spent 12 years at Danversbank, where she was assistant vice president, branch manager. Gillis is a member of Danvers Kiwanis Club, DEEP Board Committee, chairman for DEEP Wine Tasting, Danvers Downtown Committee, and chairman for Dystonia Medical Research Fundraiser.
