Douglas Baumoel, founder of Continuity Family Business Consulting in Beverly, was named a fellow of the Family Firm Institute, an association of businesspeople serving the family enterprise field. Baumoel, former president of the FFI New England Chapter, will speak at the annual global conference in Brussels on Oct. 19. Baumoel has completed certificates in family business and family wealth advising.

Rosario Ubiera-Minaya

was appointed executive director of the Salem Education Foundation, a nonprofit working to promote community involvement and investment in the public schools of Salem. Ubiera-Minaya has more than 14 years of experience working with diverse audiences in nonprofits and the private sector.

Beverly native Nancy Dillon

joined J. Barrett & Company as a full-time Realtor at the Cummings Center office in Beverly. Dillon has more than 20 years of management experience and studied contract, corporate and real estate law. J. Barrett & Company is a privately owned real estate company with five offices on the North Shore.

Salem resident William Henning

was named vice president, commercial loan officer at Beverly Cooperative Bank. Most recently, Henning served as vice president, commercial lender at East Cambridge Savings Bank. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a member of Medford Rotary’s board of directors.

Beverly residents Mariane Legault and Karen Schwartz, both licensed a

cupuncturists, are celebrating 15 years of business together in a private practice at First Choice Health Center in Beverly. Legault is also celebrating her 30th year as an acupuncturist. Both Legault and Schwartz are graduates of the New England School of Acupuncture.
