Caesars Resort at Suffolk Downs North Shore Vendor Forum, 7 to 9 p.m., Hawthorne Hotel, 18 Washington Square W., Salem. Suffolk Downs and Caesars Entertainment have partnered in hopes of building a $1 billion resort casino in Greater Boston. The resort is expected to spend approximately $150 million annually on goods and services from local and regional businesses. Vendor forum for North Shore businesses will provide information on becoming part of the casino’s local business program.
