Cassie’s Travel Service in Danvers has been recognized as a top-selling travel agency by Sandals & Beaches Resorts and was awarded the Best of the Best agency recognition Awards USA and Outstanding Sales Achievements.

Donna Cassie, the agency’s CEO, received the following awards: CEO Award of Excellence; Sandals Spirit Award; and Chairman’s Royal Club 2014. Joyce Kost was also recognized with Certified Sandals Specialist Platinum Status.


Boston Children’s Theatre and Shore Country Day School in Beverly have announced a creative and collaborative partnership beginning the summer of 2014. BCT will present its preprofessional Summer Studios program on the Shore Country Day School campus where students ages 9 to 19 will perform in the school’s new, 375-seat theater. Summer Studio attendees will also have access to the school’s Center for Creativity, which includes classrooms for all arts disciplines and studios, and eventually the Innovation Lab.


Cataldo Ambulance Service Inc., a private provider of emergency medical transportation in the commonwealth, was presented with a plaque from the Better Business Bureau for 25 years of accreditation. The BBB presents this award to companies in good standing that have met the standards of commitment to honesty, integrity, ethics and trust. Cataldo Ambulance Service provides 911 responses for 15 municipalities, hospitals and private contracts from 21 base locations throughout Greater Boston and the North Shore, including Marblehead, Peabody and Salem.


Laura Lanes Skin Care in Salem has been named a 2014 Bioelements World Class Spa by Bioelements Professional Skin Care, a system of take-home and pro-use products used in professional facials. Bioelements World Class spas are selected to represent the country’s best in spa amenities and dedication to excellence in the spa industry.
