Dr. Audrey Duva-Frissora of Wenham has been appointed director of women’s imaging for the Hoffman Breast Center and Department of Radiology at Mount Auburn Hospital. Most recently, Duva-Frissora served as section head of breast imaging and director of Aurora Breast MRI at Beverly Hospital. A graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, Duva-Frissora completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at Boston University Medical Center and her fellowship in cross-sectional body imaging at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston.


Christopher Nappi has joined Rhino Public Relations in Hamilton as an account coordinator. Most recently, Nappi was a financial services professional at New York Life Insurance Company. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing with a concentration in sports and entertainment business from Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y.


Beverly resident Elizabeth Martinez has joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Beverly as a real estate sales associate.


Susan Lewis has been named assistant director of nursing at Peabody Glen Health Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a HealthBridge Management facility in Peabody. In her new role, Lewis is responsible for wound care, infection control, and assisting the clinical and managerial oversight of the 150-bed facility’s nursing staff. Most recently, Lewis served as the assistant director of nursing at Lowell HealthCare in Lowell.


Sweetwater & Company, a shop in Marblehead and Rockport, has opened its third location called Sweetwater Trading Co., at 33 Atlantic Ave. in Marblehead. Sweetwater Trading Co. is a seaside lifestyle store that offers home decor, accessories, clothing, gifts and furniture.


The East Boston Savings Bank Charitable Foundation has made grants totaling $208,500 for the 2013 distribution year. Organizations receiving grants include 13 from Essex County, 14 from Middlesex County and 22 from Suffolk County. Local recipients include Beverly Children’s Learning Center; Haven From Hunger, Peabody; Hospice of the North Shore and Greater Boston, Danvers; North Shore Community College Foundation, Danvers; and VNA Care Network & Hospice, Danvers. All recipients were honored at a breakfast, hosted by EBSB Chairman and CEO Richard Gavegnano, at the bank’s headquarters in Peabody. The East Boston Savings Bank Charitable Foundation was established to provide funding to support charitable causes and community development activities within the communities of EBSB.

New business

The Salem Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Kim Driscoll, Salem Main Streets and guests celebrated the opening of Petite Étoile, a children’s clothing boutique at 318 Derby St. in Salem.


The Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce and Beverly’s former mayor, William Scanlon, celebrated the opening of Cummings Beer & Wine Boutique with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new business’s location at 950 Cummings Center in Beverly.
