Anne Pardee has been appointed sales manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Salem office. Pardee will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of approximately 20 sales associates serving Salem, Danvers, Peabody and the surrounding North Shore communities. Pardee graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in American studies from Skidmore College.

Diane Albano was named executive vice president and chief revenue officer at SmartBear Software, a Beverly-based provider of software tools to developers and testers. Albano will work to expand SmartBear’s reach to developers, testers and operations professionals worldwide, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of software quality tools available. Albano graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts and attended the Harvard Business School Program for management development.

Marblehead resident Rebecca St.Onge has returned to Today’s Real Kitchen Design Co. as a full-time kitchen and bath designer working from the company’s headquarters and showroom in Marblehead. St.Onge had previously worked with TRK Design’s founder and president, Thomas R. Kelly, on a number of design projects. St.Onge graduated with a Bachelor of Science in interior design from Endicott College and has enrolled in design courses at North Shore Community College and the Boston Architectural College.

North Shore Medical Center primary care physician Adrienne Allen recently received the Junior Investigator Award for her original research published in Annals of Internal Medicine, an internal medicine journal. Allen’s research study, “Pharmacy Dispensing of Electronically Discontinued Medications,” focused on the importance of communication between a physician and pharmacist and how keeping a patient’s medication requirements up-to-date will reduce medical errors. Allen completed her research while a resident in internal medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She currently maintains a primary care practice at the North Shore Physicians Group office in the Mass General/North Shore Center for Outpatient Care in Danvers.
