Treating various audiences (donors, supporters, service recipients) well means actively listening to them, going out of the way to help them, delivering a quality product or service, encouraging complaints and handling them. Salem State University’s police chief, Gene LaBonte, will talk about customer service excellence and share his experiences from the public sector perspective.
