Courtney O’Regan has joined Rhino Public Relations of Hamilton as an account manager. Her duties will include daily oversight of client programs and managing and developing junior-level staff. Prior to joining Rhino, she was the communications director at Integrated Design Group, an architectural and engineering firm, where she was responsible for developing a strategic marketing campaign, planning and executing a national industry symposium, and building a new marketing department. O’Regan graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications.

Vladimir Gomez is the first teen worker to be hired by the SAYmedia program at the Salem YMCA. The vocational media training program provides a creative outlet for teenagers and helps them gain skills in audio and video production, social media, and creative development. Gomez is the first to complete the 60 hours of in-house training necessary to be eligible for a job. As a paid employee, Gomez will share his knowledge with other students and provide them with skills that can be applied in wide range of careers.

Anne Webster was recently appointed sales manager of the Beverly office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England. Webster will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of approximately 35 sales associates. She has 14 years of experience in the residential real estate industry and joins Coldwell Banker after serving as general manager of the Andover office of ERA Home & Family Real Estate. Webster has a bachelor’s degree in education from State University of New York Cortland and a master’s in human resources from Troy State University.

Susan Weeks of Danvers has been named principal of Vesey & Weeks, a certified public accounting firm in Danvers. The firm has also changed its name from Vesey & Company. Weeks has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Merrimack College. She serves as a business valuation specialist at Vesey & Weeks and is active in the exit planning and succession division. She has been with the company since 2006.
