Carvalho - Scholz

BEVERLY- Gisela and Wolfgang Scholz, of Beverly, are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Robert Scholz, to Jessica Carvalho, of Manomet.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Cheryl and Dan Carvalho, of Manomet. She is a 2000 graduate of Plymouth South High School, a 2004 graduate of Wheaton College, and earned her master's degree from Dartmouth College in 2007. She is currently employed as a graduate admissions coordinator for Liaison International in Watertown.

The prospective groom is a 2000 graduate of Beverly High School, and graduated in 2004 from UMass Dartmouth, with a degree in illustration. He is employed as a flute maker by William S. Haynes Flutes in Boston.

A summer wedding is planned.
