Anna Mamakos of Amesbury slices up a batch of baklava, which she'll serve for dessert Sunday for Greek Easter. The sweet dessert is made with layers of phyllo dough filled with a mixture of walnuts, cinnamon and nutmeg and topped with a clove, which Mamakos says adds to the aroma when it's cooking.
