---- — A party for Nancy Higgins

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in honor of Ipswich resident Nancy Higgins on Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Timothy’s in Danvers. The party includes food, dancing, a live band and DJ, raffle prizes, and much more to help raise money for the Nancy Higgins Benefit Fund, which was established to provide Higgins with financial aid while she battles breast cancer. Higgins owns Precision Pilates in Danvers and Ipswich and has taught yoga and Pilates on the North Shore for 20 years. Money raised from Sunday’s event will help defray the studios’ operating costs for one year while she recovers. A $20 donation per person is recommended for admittance. Purchase tickets at the door or in advance at Atlantis Sports Club in Danvers, Foreign Affairs in Ipswich or from any of the Precision Pilates instructors. Timothy’s is located at 225 Newbury St. More information is available at https://www.facebook.com/NancyHigginsBenefitFund.
