LIVE & SILENT AUCTION FUNDRAISER. Thursday, April 10, 6:30 p.m., Essex Agricultural and Technical High School, Alumni Memorial Gymnasium, 562 Maple St., Danvers. Fundraiser to benefit Essex Aggie. Event includes a Taste of the Region, featuring culinary specialties from North Shore-area restaurants. Tickets cost $5 in advance or $10 at the door, payable by cash or check. ZUMBA DANCE MANIA BENEFIT. Friday, April 11, 6 to 8 p.m., Marblehead High School, 2 Humphrey St., Marblehead. The Marblehead firefighter wives host benefit for families of Boston Fire Department firefighter Michael Kennedy and Lt. Edward Walsh. All proceeds donated to the Boston Fire Credit Union Lieutenant Walsh — Firefighter Kennedy Memorial Fund. BOY SCOUT BREAKFAST. Saturday, April 12, 7 to 11 a.m., Knights of Columbus Hall, 96 Main St., Peabody. Boy Scout Troop 88 will hold its annual Breakfast Extravaganza. Pancakes, eggs, omelets, home fries, sausage, bagels, pastries and more. Raffle baskets also available. $7/person. All proceeds support Troop 88’s activities.

ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCES RECYCLING FUNDRAISER. Saturday, April 12, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Winthrop Elementary School, 325 Bay Road, Hamilton. For a nominal fee, electronics and appliances may be dropped off for environmentally safe recycling. Proceeds go to the 2014 Hamilton-Wenham Senior Class Graduation All-Night Event. CHILDREN’S CONCERT FUNDRAISER. Sunday, April 13, 10:30 a.m., A&B Burgers, 50 St. Peter St., Salem. Featuring Ben Rudnick and Friends Family Works to benefit Engine 33/Ladder 15 Firehouse on Boylston Street in Boston. Monetary donations will be collected for the families of Lt. Ed Walsh and Firefighter Michael Kennedy, both of whom were killed last month fighting a fire in Boston’s Back Bay. At the concert, children have the opportunity to meet local firefighters from the Salem Fire Department, and get tours of fire trucks.
