Good cause Cheer on the Red Sox, support the River House

---- — Everyone is invited to watch the Red Sox game at the second annual Danvers Community Lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday in the parking lot of Maple Street Congregational Church, 90 Maple St. Cheer on the Sox as they play the Baltimore Orioles and participate in family games and fun for all ages. Lunch includes grilled hot dogs and hamburgers and Fenway Park peanuts and cotton candy. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 12 and younger. Two front-row and two second-row Red Sox tickets will be among the prizes, along with gift baskets, restaurant gift certificates and other prizes. The event is sponsored by Danvers Butchery, and all proceeds will be donated to River House in Beverly, which provides temporary shelter for the homeless and assistance in moving into permanent homes.
