Party like it’s 1912 at the Rebecca Nurse Homestead’s 1912 Gala Day, tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event celebrates the anniversary of when the Rebecca Nurse Homestead, most notable as the home of Rebecca Nurse who was executed during the Salem Village Witchcraft Hysteria, became a museum in 1909. Everyone is invited to attend the re-created Garden Bazaar that was originally held in 1912 and see the museum staff dressed in 1912 fashions, participate in period games, watch Colonial demonstrations, enjoy refreshments and take part in other activities. The original admission price of 25 cents will be charged. The museum is located at 149 Pine St. in Danvers. For more information, visit www.rebeccanurse.org or call 978-774-8799.
