Ipswich: Children’s Treasure Hunt at The Great House on Castle Hill, 11 to 11:45 a.m., 290 Argilla Road. For families with children ages 4 to 8. A 45-minute guided treasure hunt throughout the Crane family mansion. $10/nonmember adult and child, $5 for each additional child; $8/adult member and one child. Topsfield: Family Dusk Paddle: Owls on the Ipswich River, 6 to 8 p.m. at Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary, 87 Perkins Row. While paddling, look and listen for owls and talk about the different types of owls that are likely to be seen. All equipment provided; participants must be able to swim. Danvers: Friday Flicks and Fires, 6 to 8:30 p.m., Endicott Park, 57 Forest St. Watch a “green themed” movie in the Carriage House and then head out to the campfire for roasting marshmallows and telling stories.
