Kenneth Elmore, Boston University’s dean of students, will deliver the keynote address during Salem State University's annual Martin Luther King Jr. Convocation at 11 a.m. The event will include the reading of contest-winning essays from local elementary, middle and high schools on the legacy of Dr. King.
