FORMULA 14 HIP-HOP SHOWCASE AND FOOD DRIVE. Friday, July 26, doors open at 8 p.m., Elks Lodge, 40 Oak St., Peabody. Wreck Shop Movement presents an evening of local artists, DJs and performers. Donations of nonperishable food items will be collected for Haven From Hunger, and donors will receive a raffle ticket for each item. “MA, ONLY YOU.” Sunday, July 28, 7 p.m., Old North Church, 35 Washington St., Marblehead. A one-woman comedy show performed by Marblehead professional actress Miriam Eyges, based on unusual and unique comical events that have taken place during Eyges’ life. Theatre of Light actors will perform Broadway songs and skits prior to Eyges’ performance. Proceeds benefit the Theatre of Light’s summer children’s theater program. $10 suggested ticket donation.
