Dr. Elaine Phillips, author and professor of biblical students at Gordon College, will sign copies of her first book for lay audiences, “With God, Nothing is Impossible,” a devotional based on the stories of women in the Bible. The free event is set for 1 p.m. at the college's bookstore, 255 Grapevine Road, Wenham. Refreshments and a limited-time price reduction will be available. All are welcome.
Montserrat College of Art seniors Emily Fung, Ania Gruca and Elizabeth Paddock will present their Fine Arts II theses in a reception tonight from 5 to 8 at Porter Mill, 95 Rantoul St., Beverly. This is the fifth senior exhibition in a weekly series of receptions. Fung, Gruca and Paddock's work is on view through April 13. All are welcome.
