Anime and manga enthusiasts in grades seven through 12 are invited to sample various Asian snacks and goodies during a special Thanksgiving Manga and Anime Club meeting at the Flint Public Library, 1 S. Main St., Middleton, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sign up at 978-774-8132 or at the library's website.
Hear Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School's vocal groups in a benefit concert for the choral department at 6:30 p.m. at the high school, 775 Bay Road, Hamilton. Groups set to perform include the Concert Choir, Harmony, Kings of the Beach and Dell Belles. The fundraiser also features a live and silent auction, with all proceeds going toward funding trips, music and other necessities. Admission is free. Several galleries on the North Shore have ongoing exhibits. One of them, Mingo Gallery at 284 Cabot St., Beverly, features "Vivid Oblivion," an exhibition of photographic images by Jennifer Lucey-Brzoza, created through a variety of methods ranging from graflex and photogravure to digital SLR and lo-fi consumer cameras.
