Endicott College’s music, theater and dance faculty will showcase their talents in a faculty recital from noon to 12:50 p.m., as part of the college's Fridays in the Rose concert series in the Rose Performance Hall, located at 376 Hale St., Beverly. The concert includes opera, dance, improvisation, piano, Broadway, instrumental and more. A light lunch/appetizers will be served following the concert. Herbalist Margi Flint will present an hour-long lecture and demonstration, starting at 7 p.m., on how herbs and essential oils can enhance the showering and bathing ritual. Attend Essex County Horticultural Organization's meeting at the Danvers Arts Association to learn about relaxation, stimulation and the therapeutic qualities of plant ingredients. Attendees are asked to bring food or drinks to share. A $5 donation is appreciated from guests and members who are not yet paid up. The association is located at 105 Elliott St., Danvers.
