Quick Picks: ArtsFusion

The Marblehead Festival of Arts and the Marblehead Arts Association have partnered to present ArtsFusion, a gala in support of the local arts, set for tomorrow evening. Festivities take place from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Abbot Hall, 188 Washington St., Marblehead, and include hearty hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, interactive art experiences, dancing to live music by Shuffle Mode, and a live auction hosted by WBZ’s Anthony Silva. The fast-paced auction features works created by local artists, including Beverly Seamans, Norman LaLiberte, Anthony Padula, Charlie Allen and Elaine Daly, and also the final work produced from the 35-year creative partnership that photographer Herb Goldberg shared with painter Nordia Kay. Tickets cost $55 and are available at http://artsfusion.brownpapertickets.com, and at Arnould Gallery and Framery, 111 Washington St.; Marblehead Arts Association, 8 Hooper St.; Shubie’s Marketplace, 16 Atlantic Ave.; and Spirit of ‘76 Bookstore, 107 Pleasant St. For more information about the event, call MAA Executive Director Deborah Greel at 781-631-2608.
