Warm-up starts at 8 a.m., Kirtan (chanting) begins at 8:10 a.m., and the class starts at 8:30 a.m. The class will include postures to relieve stress and promote digestion. FIFTH ANNUAL GABE’S RUN. Run to benefit the Gabriel Pacione Memorial Scholarships, Friday, Nov. 23, at Patton Park, 300 Bay Road, Route 1A, Hamilton. The race includes a 5K men’s and women’s cross-country trail race, a one-mile family fun run, awards, prizes, food, and fun.
