TEEN COOKING (AND EATING!) PROGRAM. Wednesday, July 10, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Swampscott Public Library, 61 Burrill St., Swampscott. Teens and their friends are invited to prepare their own three-course dinner with chef Anna Tourkakis. Participants will learn to cook the meal and then eat the results. BEVERLY FARMS SIDEWALK BAZAAR AND ARTS FESTIVAL. Friday, July 5, and Saturday, July 6, along West Street, between Hale and Oak streets in Beverly Farms. 47TH ANNUAL MARBLEHEAD FESTIVAL OF ARTS. Arts Festival through Sunday, July 7, at venues throughout downtown Marblehead. The festival features fine art exhibits; outdoor concerts; outdoor film festival; workshops, exhibits, and presentations by authors, novelists, poets, essayists and journalists; family events including a kite festival, sand sculpture competition, children’s festival, model boat building workshop followed by a regatta at Redd’s Pond, and a street festival; Tea Room; Artisans’ Marketplace; and more. OPEN GLASSWORKS STUDIO DEMONSTRATION. Monday, July 8, 6 p.m. in the Glassworks Studio, Enterprise Center, Suite 750, 121 Loring Ave., Salem. Salem State University’s Glassworks Studio kicks off its new program, The Rosenberg Institute for Passionate and Emerging Artists, with a series of open demonstrations in July by four glass artists in residence who are living on campus and creating new work in the SSU’s glassblowing studio.
