Indoor Yard Sale, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lynn, Parish Hall, 101 Forest Ave., Swampscott. Features gently worn clothing, jewelry, white elephant items, toys, books, small appliances, furniture, electronics and sports equipment. Snacks, beverages and lunch will be available for purchase. Funds raised benefit the Unitarian Universalist Women of Greater Lynn Philanthropic Fund, which provides support and financial assistance to local and denominational organizations and also scholarships. “Sunday Morning Tefillin Club: Israel and the Changing Middle East & AIPAC Breakfast,” 9 a.m., Chabad of Peabody Jewish Center, 83 Pine St., Unit E, Peabody. Wrap Tefillin, eat a hot breakfast and learn about the U.S.-Israel relationship. Free admission; open to the entire community, men and women. Off-the-record briefing by AIPAC area director Jacob Baime, who will discuss AIPAC’s approach to activism, Israel’s current threat environment and the role the community can play in the months ahead. Earth Day Service, 10 to 11 a.m., Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lynn, 101 Forest Ave., Swampscott. Attendees will have an opportunity to make a pledge to reduce, reuse and/or recycle with more intention. Children from the faith development classes will play the musical instruments that they created using recycled materials.
