Holiday art show

Stressed about giving gifts this holiday season? Worry no more, because this weekend, 18 members of the Saltbox Gallery will take over Coolidge Hall at the Topsfield Fairgrounds to present a three-day holiday art show. The local artists will display their one-of-a-kind artwork, including fine jewelry, carved birds, inlaid wooden boxes, pottery, handmade furniture, paintings and much more. The show is open today through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Coolidge Hall. An artists’ reception will be held this evening from 7 to 9. Also, the Saltbox Gallery’s popular silent auction will culminate with the highest bidder selected at 3 p.m. Sunday. Admission and parking are both free.
