Sale showcases more than books

Love to read? Stock up on literary loot at the remainder of Peabody Institute Library of Danvers’ annual Book Sale through Saturday, July 6. Books, videos, CDs, DVDs and audiobooks are available for purchase at reduced pricing. Also, tomorrow and Saturday only, visitors can fill a bag — provided by the library — with books for $3. The sale is sponsored by Friends of the Peabody Institute Library, and sale proceeds support various library/Friends projects and fund museum and attractions passes. The sale takes place at 15 Sylvan St. in Danvers during library hours, which are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday; noon to 5 p.m. on Friday; and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
