North Shore Concert Band kicks off its free, six-week summer concert series at the Salem Willows Bandstand tonight at 7. Concerts feature a variety of music, including Broadway, classical, big band, Disney, patriotic and solo tunes. This year, the Salem Willows Bandstand will be renamed for Robert Hayes, professional trombone player and concert organizer since 1939.
