MANN EVENT. Friday, April 4, 7 to 11 p.m., Victoria Station, 86 Wharf St., Salem. The 19th annual Mann Event Horace Mann Laboratory School Fundraiser features a buffet dinner, raffles, silent auction and wine pull. Proceeds help fund field trips and additional school enrichment programs. Adult-only event. Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door. GOSPEL/JAZZ BRUNCH. Saturday, April 5, 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Angelica’s Restaurant, 49 S. Main St., Middleton. Building Bridges Through Music Inc. celebrates 14 years of unity through music at the 11th annual Gospel/Jazz Brunch. The event includes food and music, featuring John DiTomaso & Friends with vocalist Tony Gallo of the Follow Hymn Interfaith Choir; Voices for Change, a youth vocal ensemble; and Nzuri Kusonga Roho, an African dance ensemble. The scholarship and community service recognition awards will be presented. Tickets cost $50 per adult, and proceeds benefit Building Bridges Through Music’s “Educate, Engage, Empower” Integrative Arts programs.
