“GET TO KNOW THE FESTIVAL POETS.” Program will discuss the work of poets who will be featured at the Massachusetts Poetry Festival, which will be held in Salem from May 2 to 4. Led by poet and Salem State University Professor Jennifer Jean, the next meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 8, at 12:30 p.m. at the Peabody Institute Library Main Branch, 82 Main St., Peabody. FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS. Thursday, April 3, 7 p.m., Aviv Woodbridge, in the community room, 240 Lynnfield St., Peabody. Peabody Garden Club’s meeting features professional designer Priscilla Styler who will create floral arrangements. Styler’s demonstration includes tips on containers, color and material selection. Sensational India, PEM’s annual weekend festival, features music, dance, art-making, lectures, demonstrations, stories and more to explore India’s many contributions to the world of design.
