Celebrate summer at Peabody Essex Museum's PEM/PM: Midsummer Night with cocktails, conversation, Russian music, dance performances by the Barynya Dance Ensemble of New York City, and a tour of the Fabergé Revealed exhibit. Don't miss a visit from the Gravestone Girls at the Hamilton-Wenham Public Library from 7 to 9 p.m. The Gravestone Girls' presentation, “Welcome to the Graveyard,” examines cemeteries, gravestones and the significance of the cemetery art from Colonial times to 21st century locations. Attendees will learn about cemetery art, history and symbolism with a local twist. The teen and adult program is free and open to the public, and will be held at 14 Union St. in South Hamilton. Boogie down with Digney Fignus as he performs Americana music at the second concert in the Castle Hill Summer Picnic Concert Series, from 7 to 9 p.m., at 290 Argilla Road in Ipswich. Gates open at 5 p.m. for picnicking and close once capacity is reached. Admission is payable at the gate, only, and costs $30 per car, $20 per car for members of The Trustees of Reservations, and $10 for walk-ins.
