Jazz Sunday, 10 a.m., Maple Street Church, 90 Maple St., Danvers. The Willie Sordillo Quartet will participate in the morning worship service. The Rev. Craig Collermer, retired minister of the First Baptist Church of Beverly, will deliver the sermon. Following the service, there will be a Mardi Gras potluck lunch. Presented by Jennifer Bryson, director of the Islam and Civil Society Project at The Witherspoon Institute and a visiting research professor for peace and stability operations at the U.S. Army War College. Cantor Gaston Bogomolni will teach attendees how to sing and creatively move through a Passover seder, designed for families with young children, while teaching parents creative ways to bring the experience home.
