As part of Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church’s spiritual formation during Lent, the church will hold a Lenten retreat, called “Going Deeper in Prayer Using Art Materials,” on Saturday, Feb. 23, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 188 Elliott St., in Danvers. The retreat will provide an extended time of teaching and hands-on experiences designed to help attendees discover how each of five tools (clay, movement, colored pencils, chalk and markers) can be helpful in prayer times. Attendees should bring a bagged lunch. The cost is $10 for supplies, and reservations should be made no later than Wednesday, Feb. 20, by contacting Wendy Dixon at email@example.com. For more information, visit www.ctr-anglican.org or call the church office at 978-774-3163.
