Saturday, Feb. 16

“That’s Amore” Spaghetti Supper, following 4:30 p.m. Mass at St. Richard’s Parish, 90 Forest St., Danvers. As part of St. Richard’s 50-year anniversary celebration, the church will host a spaghetti supper in the parish hall with a cash bar, entertainment and activities. $5/person, $20/family. Tickets sold at the door and after Mass.

Sunday, Feb. 17

Sacrament of Marriage St. Valentine Mass Celebration, 11 a.m., St. Richard’s Parish, 90 Forest St., Danvers. To celebrate with couples who are celebrating their 50-year anniversary or are getting married at St. Richard’s this year.

Saturday, Feb. 23

Ham and Bean Supper, 6 p.m., Church of the Holy Name, Remick Hall, corner of Monument Avenue and Thomas Road, Swampscott. Supper includes baked ham, homemade baked beans, cornbread, coleslaw, potato salad and assorted finger desserts. $10/adults; $5/children ages 12 to 16; free/children 11 and under. Church entrance on Hardy Road.

Wednesday, Feb. 27

Happy Anniversary Mass, 8 a.m., St. Richard’s Parish, 90 Forest St., Danvers. To celebrate St. Richard’s 50-year anniversary. Following the Mass, light refreshments will be served in the rectory conference room.

Connections Plus Book Group Meeting, 4 p.m., Panera Bread, Vinnin Square, 433 Paradise Road, Swampscott. New club for baby boomers, grandmothers and grand friends of the PJ Library to discuss books about Jewish identity and the role of women in Jewish culture. Sunday, March 3

Peter Krasinski and “The Docks of New York,” 4 p.m., St. John’s Episcopal Church, 795 Hale St., Beverly Farms. The church presents a screening of the silent film with accompaniment by organist Krasinski. Following the concert, a reception will be held to meet the artist. Free admission. Event is part of St. John’s Concert Series. Concert sponsored in part by the Manchester Cultural Council.
