ST. PATRICK’S DAY BREAKFAST. Friday, March 15, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., Landmark at Ocean View, 3 Essex St., Beverly. SPELLING BEE. Thursday, March 14, 6 to 8 p.m., Liberty Tree Mall Food Court, 100 Independence Way, Danvers. The fourth annual Holten Richmond Middle School Spelling Bee will benefit Danvers Public Schools’ local education programs. Holten Richmond’s top 15 spelling contestants at each grade level will compete. The event also includes raffles, which will benefit the Thorpe School Library expansion project. 978-777-0795.

HARLEM SUPERSTARS VS. BEVERLY FACULTY. Thursday, March 14, 6:30 p.m., Beverly High School field house, 100 Sohier Road.
