Gates open at 5 p.m. for picnicking and close once capacity is reached. Admission is at the gate only; $30 per car, $20 per car for members of The Trustees of Reservations, $10 for walk-ins. Author David Ira Rottenberg will read his children's book, “Gwendolyn, the Graceful Pig,” and ballerinas from A Performing Arts Academy will perform the story tonight at 7 at Salem Public Library, 370 Essex St., Salem.
