Board hears smoking arguments

DANVERS - Frank Ciampa and Anthony Guarino, owners of Cigars "R" Us, said their business takes a hit during the winter.

It's too cold outside for customers to sample a cigar and they can't light up inside so they take their business elsewhere, Ciampa told the Board of Health last night. He and Guarino are asking the board to waive a town bylaw that restricts smoking inside businesses.
