Lawsuit filed over Witchcraft Heights construction

SALEM - A city insurance company has sued two contractors over what it alleges is nearly $300,000 in damages during the reconstruction of Witchcraft Heights Elementary School.
Axis Surplus Insurance Co. of Georgia has filed a civil suit in Superior Court against TLT Construction Corp., a general contractor from Wakefield, and E. Amanti & Sons Inc., a Salem plumbing subcontractor.
