Subcontractor bids opened for new school project

MANCHESTER - The process of building a new middle and high school on Lincoln Street moved forward this week with the opening of bids for subcontractor work.
About 40 bids were received for a series of areas - electrical, heating system, plumbing, flooring and fire protection - that will be handled by subconstractors. The bids were opened Wednesday afternoon at the high school.
