Sunday

Jose Cantarero, 25, of 70 Highland St., Apt. 3, Revere, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed and having a child under 6 years old in a car without a car seat, following a motor vehicle stop on Humphrey Street. Cantarero had a warrant out for his arrest for allegedly driving while unlicensed and speeding.

Salem

Sunday

Nicole M. Taylor, 36, of 15 Simon St., Beverly, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without insurance, following a motor vehicle stop on Fort Avenue.

Pamela A. Elliott, 42, of 190 Bridge St., Salem, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace following report of a drunken woman of the pool area at Jefferson Apartments.

Kimberly Ann Abisso, 42, of 62 Clarendon Ave., Lynn, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and drug possession, following a report of a domestic dispute on Dow Street.

Monday

Evelyn Suarez, 54, of 20 Endicott St., Salem, was arrested at 9:18 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery on Margin Street.

Danvers

Friday

Police received a report at 9:40 p.m. of trespassing at the Liberty Tree Mall.

Saturday

Police received a report at 2:24 p.m. of a car break-in at the Dollar Tree on Independence Way.

Sunday

A man was taken into protective custody by police, following a report of a fight at the Dunkin' Donuts on High Street.

Monday

Police are investigating a scooter crash that happened at 10 p.m. near 63 Locust St. Police said a scooter avoided another vehicle when it went off the road. The scooter rider, a 24-year-old Peabody man, suffered minor injuries and was taken to Beverly Hospital by Atlantic Ambulance. Patrolman Kevin Wood is investigating the crash.

Kerry Brown, 19, of 55 Bellevue Road, Swampscott, was arrested at 3 a.m. and charged with drunken driving, a passing violation, speeding, reckless driving, an open-container violation and illegal possession of alcohol, following a motor vehicle stop on Margin Street. Police also arrested Jocelyn Harwood, 19, of 68 Puritan Lane, Swampscott, on charges of disorderly conduct and illegal possession of alcohol.

Alex Tomchik, 19, of 48 Elmwood Circle, Peabody, was arrested at 5:15 a.m. and charged with drunken driving, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and illegal possession of alcohol, following a report of a hit-and-run crash on Bartholomew Street.

Brian M. McAleer, 29, of 49 Michigan Ave., Lynn, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and assault and battery, following a report of a fight inside a room at the Marriott Hotel.

Richard T. Lowry, 48, of 127 Washington St., rear, Peabody, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. and charged with attempted murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping, witness intimidation, and two counts of domestic assault and battery, following a report from neighbors that a woman with a baby in her arms was outside screaming for help. Paramedics responded, but the victim did not want to be transported to the hospital.

Sunday

Police received a report of a break-in at the Peabody Sunoco on Lynn Street at 3:35 a.m.

Ashley Buelow, 20, and Breanna Chartier, 17, both of 92.5 Central St., Peabody, were arrested at 4:13 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery, following reports of screaming and yelling from their residence.

Luis G. Cruz Jr., 43, of 7 Veterans Memorial Drive, Peabody, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. and charged with trespassing.

Jonathan L. Hamilton, 38, of 11 Nelson St., Apt. 3, Lynn, was arrested at 6:21 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license and giving a false name to a police officer, following a motor vehicle stop on Route 114.
