A Wisteria Street resident came into the police station at 3:44 p.m. to report she had seen a neighbor videotaping her through an open window last night.



At 1:44 a.m., police responded to Cabot Street for a report of a car on train tracks. Mackenzie Anne Grenert, 21, of 9 Tall Tree Drive, Beverly, was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and drunken driving.

Police responded to 91 Herrick St. at 9:54 a.m. and found catalytic converters had been stolen from two vehicles in the parking lot.



Police did a check of 4 Mill St. at 9:09 p.m. and found marijuana plants, which were removed and disposed of.


At 1:28 p.m., officers responded to Peabody Library, 82 Main St., and helped remove a bat from the building.



At 2:52 p.m., a Redstone Lane caller reported that the bronze rudder he had installed on his boat had been taken.



Police responded at 5:32 a.m. to Hillside Avenue, where a tow-truck driver reported having a problem with a vehicle owner over the repossession of the vehicle.
