News, chamber to sponsor Peabody rep. debate

The Salem News and the Peabody Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring a March 27 debate between the three candidates for Peabody’s 12th Essex District state representative seat. The seat was left vacant by the November death of Rep. Joyce Spiliotis.

The public is invited to attend the event, which will be held at the Wiggin Auditorium in Peabody City Hall at 7 p.m. The event will be broadcast by Peabody Access TV and will be moderated by Salem News Editor David Olson.
