Kids were found drinking under the School Street bridge at 4:27 p.m.
Residents of a Park Street apartment complained that their upstairs neighbor purposely made an excessive amount of noise just to annoy them. The upstairs neighbor at 8:35 p.m. denied the accusation, and both parties said they would keep away from each other.

An "unwanted guest" cooperated and left a Beverly Commons Drive apartment at 11:40 a.m. after police were called.

Gabriel P. Ramirez, 32, of 104 Grant St., Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 2:37 p.m. on Newbury Street.
Griffin M. Ward, 27, of 349 Salem St., Revere, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, two counts of assault and battery, trespassing, and several out-of-town warrants at 3:56 p.m. on Andover Street at the Macy's Men and Furniture store. According to police, the assault and battery charges stem from Ward being physically confrontational with store security.
A caller told police that among other items, a box of 50 PlayStation games were reported stolen from a car parked on Lake Street at 4:26 p.m.
Anthony F. Ferrier, 46, of 14 Collins St., Apt. 22, Peabody, was arrested at home and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 10:22 p.m. Police arrived and arrested Ferrier after a neighbor called reporting that his neighbors were "yelling and throwing glass and hitting each other."

William Galindez-Perez, 25, of 4 Veterans Memorial Drive, Peabody, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery and intimidation of a witness at 7:13 a.m. on Essex Center Drive.

Hugo Santana, 26, of 4 Fifth St., Apt. 10, Lawrence, was arrested and charged with possession and use of stolen motor vehicle documents and not being in possession of a registration at 1:40 p.m. on South Main Street.

Richard Vancampen, 46, of 100 Elliott St., Danvers, was arrested at home and charged with domestic assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, and intimidation of a witness at 7:20 a.m.
Police filed a report after a resident of Purchase Street was accused of stealing electricity at 9:44 a.m.

A woman who had already been issued a no-trespass order for Wendy's on Lafayette Street was reportedly in the restaurant throwing food at other patrons at 4:21 p.m. She left before police arrived.
Eric N. Rentas, 25, of 3 Roslyn Court, Salem, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license at 5:09 p.m. on Lafayette Street.
Kiara M. Ravelo, 19, of 15 Palmer St., Salem, was arrested and charged with being a disorderly person and trespassing at 5:39 p.m. on East India Square after being issued a no-trespass order to the East India Square Mall. Police said Ravelo was uncooperative and somewhat resistant when being arrested.
Adam C. Sherman, 31, of 17 Woodbury St., Wareham, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle without being a licensed driver, a marked lanes violation, a one-way street violation and operating under the influence of narcotics at 9 p.m. near Boston and Federal streets. While an officer was questioning Sherman, they found a bag of pills. He also appeared fidgety and confused to police. Police believed Sherman was under the influence of methamphetamine. Sherman's mother pointed police toward her son's possible drug addiction during a phone call.

After she paid approximately $1,900 to someone who claimed to be hiring for a part-time position, a Central Street resident believed she had been the victim of fraud at 10:01 a.m.
A resident told police that a black SUV struck her vehicle at 2:42 p.m. in the parking lot of Walmart on Highland Avenue. She said that when she got out of her vehicle and approached the other driver to ask him for his information she received a curt reply. He said no before hitting the gas pedal and leaving the parking lot. She told police that she was not able to get a license plate number.
