Band led by 13-year-old performs Sunday at arts festival

MARBLEHEAD - When a typical 13-year-old girl throws a sleepover party, noise complaints are limited to her parents complaining about the incessant giggling.

The last time Jessica Prouty threw a sleepover, neighbors called the police. Then again. And a third time.
