'Loser' contestant to be on 'Ellen DeGeneres Show'

"MARBLEHEAD - Neil Tejwani, who was ousted last week from "The Biggest Loser," will be on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" tomorrow morning, and then head right back to "The Biggest Loser" tomorrow night, where he hopes to win $100,000.

Tejwani, 25, a chemical engineer from Marblehead, was kicked off "Loser" last week by the four finalists, who described him as a threat and mean to their friends. Previously ousted candidates found their way onto "Today," but Tejwani will go on "Ellen."

"That's a pretty good consolation prize for not making it to the finals," Tejwani said last week.

Publicist Amy Prenner confirmed Tejwani would be taped today for the DeGeneres show airing tomorrow at 9 a.m. on Channel 5. Tomorrow's episode will also feature Carmen Electra and singer Colbie Caillat.

Airing live tomorrow night will be "The Biggest Loser" on Channel 7. From 9 to 11 p.m., the final four will fight for a $250,000 prize, while Tejwani and 13 other former contestants will return to battle it out for a $100,000 prize. At the conclusion of taping, Tejwani - who weighed 421 pounds when he started - had lost 165 pounds. Tejwani said last week he planned to win.

"I still want to validate being 'The Biggest Loser' when I get on the scale," he said.
