Police received a report at 1:42 p.m. of a break-in from the Sheraton Ferncroft Resort.
William Jannelle, 50, of 30 Mount Vernon St., Peabody, was arrested at 3:12 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at Connor's Farm on Valley Road.

A Belleview Avenue resident reported at 5:26 p.m. 10 cans of floor cleaner were left in front of her home.
A resident of Beaver Street reported to police at 5:39 p.m. that sometime between noon and 2 p.m. her refrigerator was stolen. The refrigerator, minus the doors, was covered in a blue tarp on the driveway. Police have already moved the larceny to their cold case files.
Clara E. Manning, 62, of 4 Howard St., Salem, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. and charged with violating a restraining order on Howard Street.
A resident of an apartment at 205 Highland Ave., reported to police at 7:28 p.m. that his apartment was broken into through a sliding door. Stolen were a flat screen television, a DVD player, and a laptop computer, worth a combined total of $2,600.

A Florence Street business owner reported to police at 2:47 a.m. that he had $200 worth of scrap metal taken from outside his business.
Daniel L. Fisher, 31, of 56 Salem St., Salem, was arrested at 10 a.m. and charged with aggravated domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a shod foot) following a report of a domestic at his residence.
Police were called to a business at 4 Florence St., at 3 p.m. after a secretary was arguing with her boss because she worked 26 hours in the past two weeks and hasn't been paid. The boss said she can pick up her paycheck on Monday. That will be her first paycheck as well as her last.
Miguelina Roman, 40, of 38 Salem St., Salem, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. and charged with larceny more than $250 at Target on Highland Avenue after police said she stole more than $450 in merchandise. Two small children with Roman were sent to Salem Hospital and the Department of Children and Families was notified.

Police responded to 8 Charles St., at 2 a.m. for a report of a loud college party. The group dispersed.
Police responded to 41 Salem St., at 2:15 a.m. for a report of a loud party. The resident told police she was having a baby shower and she turned off the music and had the guests leave.

Elder O. Orozco-Velasquez, 29, of 203B Boston St., Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested at 6 p.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1.
Gerardo Fernandez, 28, of 201 Essex St., Apt. 302, Lynn, was arrested at 10 p.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed following a motor vehicle stop on Lynn Street.

Manuel S. Teixiera, 50, of 30 Driscoll St., Peabody, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and malicious destruction of property following a report of an unwanted man at that address.
Charles Morris Jr., 45, of 60 Lee Fort Terrace, Salem, was arrested at 3:46 a.m. and charged with drunken driving and driving with a suspended license on Connolly Terrace.
Kymberlee A. Maraio, 44, of 28 Jacobs St., Apt. 2, Peabody, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property more than $250 following a report of a disturbance at Unlimited Auto & Truck on Birney Street.
Joseph Young, 30, of 105 Tracey Ave., Lynn, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. and charged with marijuana possession following a motor vehicle stop on Route 114.

Elaine L. Chamatsos, 31, of 24 Dustin St., Peabody, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. and charged with drunken driving and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident with property damage following a crash on Warren Street.
Donna R. Downing, 43, of 17 Cedar Crest Road, Salem, was arrested at 11:23 a.m. and charged with shoplifting at Sears at the Northshore Mall.

Fifteen teenagers from the ages of 15 to 18 were taken into protective custody for being highly intoxicated at the first night of the Topsfield Fair.
Sunday
A 16-year-old female from Winthrop was arrested at 7:44 p.m. and charged disorderly conduct and two counts of assault and battery on a police officer. Patrolmen Neal Hovey and Kelly Pickering made the arrest at the Topsfield Fair.
Kristen Kimmerle, 19, of 35 Clinton Ave., Saugus; John Pheifer Jr., 20, of 240 Lowell St., Wakefield; and Ashley Turner, 20, of 1 Donegal Ave., Peabody, were arrested at 8 p.m. and charged with being minors in possession of alcohol at the Topsfield Fair.
Alexander Weiss, 18, of 25 Wilsondale St., Dover, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. and charged with a being a minor in possession of alcohol the Topsfield Fair.
