Someone called police about one youth chasing kids around the Mobile Estates trailer park on Route 1 with a steak knife at 4:36 p.m.
Scott Hartley, 51, of 12 Herrick Road, Peabody, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, a marked lanes violation, possession with intent to distribute a Class D drug, two counts of possession of a Class B drug, possession of a Class C drug and possession of a Class E drug after a traffic stop on Newbury Street.
Jose G. Ferreira-Campos, 41, of 155 Lynn St., Peabody, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to signal after his car was stopped on Lynnfield Street.
Sabrina Stone, 28, of 2 Lowe St. Apt. 2, Peabody, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, inspection sticker violation and equipment violations after a traffic stop on Washington Street.
John Andruskiewicz, 46, of 53 Wyman St. Apt. 2, Lynn, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and failure to signal after a traffic stop on Newbury Street.
William Burroughs, 47, of 5A S. Main St., Seabrook, N.H., was arrested at 11:15 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license and an inspection sticker violation after a traffic stop ion Main Street.
William Ferullo, 41, of 404 Pinebrook Drive, Peabody, was arrested at 11:28 p.m. and charged with driving with an unregistered vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and a suspended license after a traffic stop on Foster Street.

Paola Herrera, 23, of 6 Goddard Drive, Nahant, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. and charged with drunken driving and a marked lanes violation after an incident on Lynn Street.

A 16-year-old was arrested at 1:09 p.m. and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. Lt. Matt Freeman said the boy was on the rail trail, underneath the Village Street bridge, when he confronted two kids walking. The boy "held up and pointed a black gun the size of the officer's duty weapon and said, 'I'm going to shoot. No, I'm just kidding" Freeman said. The weapon turned out to be a pellet gun made to imitate a Beretta handgun.

A girl who ran away from Haverhill two days after Christmas 2007 turned herself in to police at 10:53 p.m.
Friday
Dale Douglas DaSilva, 20, of 24 Hancock St., Salem, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. and charged with using false identification at Taste of Asia. DaSilva called police to say a bouncer had assaulted him; the bouncer said DaSilva attacked. DaSilva reportedly gave police a fake ID showing he was 21 first, then his real license showing he was 20. He was arrested after he admitted going into the bar underage.
All four wheels were stolen from a Honda on Greenway Road overnight. The car was left on blocks.

Michael P. Doherty, 17, of 21 Jackson St., Salem, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol under age 21 and failure to stop or yield. Thomas E. McCarthy, 18, of 115 Weatherly Drive, Salem, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The two were charged in a 7:41 p.m. incident at Lothrop and Ocean streets.

Michael Donald Harris, 37, of 78 Pine St., Swampscott, was arrested at 9:27 p.m. and charged with license not in possession, driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), driving with a suspended registration, uninsured vehicle and unregistered vehicle after an incident on Paradise Road.

William Brady, 53, of 55 Grace St., Malden, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, inspection sticker violation, failure to use care and an equipment violation after an incident at Maple and Newbury streets.
