Police re-secured a home on McKinley Road that had its front door "wide open" at 10:28 a.m. when no one was home.
Maxwell B. Martinez, 19, of 1 Abbot Court in Marblehead, was charged with being a person under 21 in possession of liquor at 6:06 p.m. on Ocean Avenue.
SALEM — Weeks after police were called to a shoplifting incident at CVS, they located the suspect, who admitted to the crime and was found in possession of narcotics, police said.
Timothy M. Fulford, 26, of 7 Alpine Court in Gloucester, was charged with shoplifting by concealment, illegal possession of a Class A substance and illegal possession of a Class B substance at 3:02 p.m. yesterday on Washington Street.
