An English Street resident reported to police at 4 p.m. that two of the tires on her car were slashed.
James W. Walsh, 52, of 8 Arbella St., Salem, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. and charged with driving with a revoked license, following a motor vehicle stop.
Police received a report at 7:10 p.m. of two people digging in the mud at Webb Street by Andrew Street, but, when police arrived, the dirty diggers were nowhere to be seen.
Police responded to Kernwood at Sargent streets at 8:30 p.m. for a report of a naked man jumping out into traffic. Police did not locate the man.
Tuesday
Police disposed of a bag of unused needles found on the ground at 10 a.m. at Gallows Hill playground.
A Rand Road resident reported to police at 11:23 a.m. that credit cards were taken out in her name without her authorization, and thousands of dollars were racked up.
A man told police at 1 p.m. that his former boss was going to give him a "knuckle sandwich" if he went to go see him. The man told police he is still owed 17 hours of pay and his former boss refuses to pay him.

Jenny Yncio, 47, of 203B Boston St., Lynn, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. and charged with shoplifting and disorderly conduct at Ann & Hope Curtain & Bath Outlet on Route 1.
Peabody
Monday
Isaias Macario, 42, of 18 Lowell St., Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed and a lights violation, following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street.
Tuesday
Jerry A. Nunez, 26, of 19 Spring St., Apt. 2, Peabody, was arrested at 3 a.m. and charged with assault and battery, larceny under $250, and cocaine possession, following a report by a woman that she was robbed on Oakland Street. Salem Patrolman John Anderson spotted Nunez running down Proctor Street in Peabody and then down a driveway. He was able to detain Nunez until Peabody police arrived.
A Walsh Avenue resident reported to police at 8:30 a.m. that someone threw an egg at his car and the window was now cracked.
Jose Pizarro, 30, of 35 Barrett St., Apt. 2, Lynn, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to yield, following a motor vehicle stop on Lynnfield Street.

Jeffrey S. Bennett Jr., 24, of 21 Pond St., Beverly, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace, witness intimidation, carrying a dangerous weapon, and violating the city's knife ordinance following a 911 hang-up call from that residence.
At 11:20 a.m., Patrolman William Barror stopped a car attempting to pass other cars multiple times on a curvy section of Essex Street. Barror stopped the driver near High Street. The driver told the patrolman she had a "emergency" because her daughter needed lunch dropped off and she had to get back to work. During the stop, the driver's husband arrived on scene, and he started talking to his wife. The driver's husband then approached Barror and said, "I hope you're only giving her a warning." Barror replied: "I will enforce the traffic laws as I see necessary." He then instructed the husband to get back in his car, and he then gave the driver a $100 ticket for a marked lanes violation.

John Equi, 17, of 25 Leslie Road, Ipswich, was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with drunken driving, speeding and a marked lanes violation, following a motor vehicle stop on High Street. Patrolman Matt Bodwell made the arrest.
